INTRODUCING CITIZENS' "EASY PAY"

    Citizens' customers have asked for it, and we are pleased to announce Citizens' "Easy Pay" automatic bill payment plan. Now you may elect to have your electric bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account each month. Customers choosing the convenience of Easy Pay will still get an electric bill each month, when you normally receive your bill, showing the amount due and the date it will be deducted from your bank account.  After you apply, your automatic bill payment will begin with the next billing cycle.

    If you have questions about your bill, please call us at least six days before the bill due date so we have time to resolve the problem and adjust the payment if necessary. Easy Pay does not give us access to any of your bank balances -- the payment simply moves electronically from your bank to ours.
