ATTENTION ELECTRIC GENERATION SUPPLIERS
Electric Generation Suppliers may obtain access to Citizens’ Electric Company’s enrolled customer lists after a Coordination Agreement has been executed and then by faxing (on Company letterhead) a signed request to Citizens’ at 570-524-5887. Upon receipt, Citizens’ will, via return fax, issue the EGS a USER ID and PASSWORD to access the secure database.
Access to the EGS Standard Operating Procedures, the Individual Coordination Agreement and the Scheduling Coordinator Agreement is available below.
Suppliers are warned that information contained in the web site may be confidential and any use of the data for purposes other than the Electric Choice Program is strictly prohibited. Suppliers are responsible for protecting the security of data and USER IDS and PASSWORDS. Suppliers must contact Citizens’ immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to the web site.

Any EGS that wants to serve customers in Citizens' Electric territory must submit written evidence of execution of any appropriate agreement required by the Company's Agent as described in Sections 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 of this SOP.
